Corporate Communications Specialist – 2011 to 2013 – for IEO, a comprehensive cancer centre with research laboratories, clinical facilities and inpatient beds offering advanced treatments, diagnostics, clinical trials, cancer prevention, training, education and research.

The position included:
 
  • Corporate Internet site, Intranet service and Social Media content providing;
    (37k+ followers on FB)
  • Marketing and Brand Campaigns development support and delivery;
  • Corporate and Charity Events management;
    (Up to 1000 participants at major events)
  • Monthly Newsletter publishing, including editing and formatting others’ contributions;
  • Texts writing for informational papers, promotional leaflets and brochures.

The position reported to the Communications Senior.

 

Pirelli RE

Corporate Communications Consultant – 1999 to 2009 – for Pirelli RE (now Prelios SpA), one of the main Management Companies in the Real Estate sector in both Italy and Europe, also active in Germany and Poland.

The position included:
 
  • Communications strategies implementation support;
  • Intranet Service and Corporate Internet Site content providing;
  • Monthly International Newsletter publishing, including editing and formatting foreign counterparts’ contributions;
    (The paper was delivered to an average of 1500 readers monthly)
  • Speeches and presentations design for company spokespersons at conferences, meetings and workshops;
  • Promotional brochures and event flyers development;
  • Press releases and kits arrangement.
The position required constant communication actions (press releases, news, web pages, brochures, presentations…) for an average of 20 to 30 investment projects, worth 6 bln/€, per year.
 
The position reported to the Chief Communications Office.

  • Proven proficiency in preparing and presenting information clearly and concisely in Italian and English, orally and in writing;
